We have three different workouts today. Here is the schedule of workouts:

9:00am/9:45am – CROSSFIT WODS –
Complete 3 rounds for time:

Row 500m
25 Wall Balls
20 Sit ups
15 Ring Dips
10 Burpees

10:30am – FUNDAMENTALS REVIEW / WOD

We will be going over the Air Squat / Back Squat / Front Squat and Overhead Squat

WOD:
Complete 5 rounds for time:

7 Dumbell Thrusters
9 Ring Dips
11 Box Jumps

11:30am – FREE INTRODUCTORY WORKOUT

In 15 minutes complete as many rounds as possible of:

5 Burpees
10 Box Jumps
15 Kettlebell Swings
