Work up to a 3 rep max while maintaining impeccable form.  We want to keep our backs healthy, and we will supplement today’s workout with some GHD hip and back extensions.


Then:
As many rounds as possible in 10 min of:
10 Wall Balls
10 Pull Ups

– Fundamentals Group A meets for the third time @ 6:45pm.  We will be going over the Press and Push Press.
