11/20/09 – Overhead Squat

I’ve noticed through doing CrossFit that days where the workout is strictly weightlifting, many members choose to not come. Remember that resistance training is a key part of what we do. Our goal is to increase work capacity, and one of the best ways to do that is by increasing strength.  Don’t ignore the lifts as it will hinder your progress in CrossFit..

On a side note, we officially have a CrossFit couple at CF 908.  Below is a tribute to Firas and Giulianna.
