  1. couple of thoughts – first note of appreciation for the work Tim (&Erin?) put into the 908website-Brdidget& I read it daily and use alot of the info re health&diet- dailyapple is excellent-regarding paleo posts-its ineterseting to note how similar the experiances are-we too are no longer starving through-out the day-i lost 5.5 lbs then put 6 back on while traveling-but its an excuse u can be paloeotized while traveling-finally if we did it again it should be hardcore-i used the cheats to maintain my wine intake-lots of bad sugar- and as a result-my outcome b disapointing- belive it really needs to be 100% !

  2. This looks like a badass WOD. Unfortunately I am going to miss it today. Saturdays mornings are just not working out for me. Any chance a later workout on Saturday could come about? Maybe after the free class at 12:30?
    Today i’ll do some sprinting at the high school instead.

  3. SARA!!!! Happy Birthday, but the workout in your honor was brutal and you were not even here!!! That means 100 straight burpees for you. Hope you have a great birthday Sara.

  4. Thanks Dottttiiiieeee!!!! I am so bummed I missed out on the brutal birthday workout…but I will be in next week for sure! I will hopefully be able to get on a better schedule soon! I def need to get some good ones in next week because I cheated a bit too much with the b-day cake and all 🙂
