NEXT FUNDAMENTALS GROUP – We are tentatively scheduled to start on Wed 2/17 @ 6pm. We will meet on Mon/Wed @ 6pm and Saturday @ 9:30am for three weeks.

- Mobility Warm up
- Overhead Squat – Two Warm up sets of five reps followed by three work sets of three reps
- 2 x 500m row – max effort – Rest 5 minutes between each attempt
- Complete a total of 30 Knees to elbows
- Stretch

fun night out last night. im not too thrilled about whiskey and rowing again though haha
It was a good time last night. I am really proud to be a part of CF908.
After drinking some beer and eating some fries last night I woke up this morning feeling like crap. Not sure if it is coincidence or the Paleo diet talking back to me.
Not sure if I’m going to make it to the workout tonight. Still battling this hangover….
i’m doing sprints at the new providence high school track at 5 if anyone wants to join me. the only knees-to-elbows i’ll be doing today will be in the fetal position.
