10:30am CrossFit Schedule –

  • Warm up
  • WOD – Five rounds for total reps
    • 1 minute right arm dumbbell snatch
    • 1 minute left arm dumbbell snatch
    • 1 minute dumbbell squats
    • 1 minute dumbbell sit ups
    • 1 minute rest
  • Stretch – Fist Pump
