Current Fundamentals – We will meet for our last class on Monday, 02/15 @ 6pm

New Fundamentals – We will meet for the first class on Wednesday, 02/17 @ 6pm

Weightlifting Class – We are meeting @ 6pm tonight.  We will be going over the Hang Power Clean.  We will conclude with a workout.

  • Thrusters – Work up to a heavy set of 3
  • WOD – “Jackie” – For Time
    • Row 1k
    • 50 Thrusters – 45lbs
    • 30 Pull ups
  • 3 x 20 V-ups
  • Stretch
