Here is a workout for you to try at home.

  • Warm up with some dynamic movements.
  • Get a timer
  • 4 Rounds for total reps w/ a 2 min break between rounds
    • 20 Push ups
    • 30 Sit ups
    • 40 Air Squats
    • 50 Second Plank Hold

Complete the assigned reps and go right into the plank hold.  Once you are done with the plank, stop the clock, rest two minutes and repeat.  Post your total reps to the comments section.
