FUNDAMENTALS

  • We will meet for our last class tonight @ 6pm.  We will retest the “Baseline” workout.
  • The NEXT FUNDAMENTALS GROUP will start on Wed @ 6pm.  Email me if you are interested.

Willie Albert is one strong dude.  Here he does 10 rounds for time of 1 rep each of the following. He only weights about 180lbs.

  • 445lb Back Squat
  • 135lb Press
  • 425lb Deadlift
