  • Mobility Warm up / Foam Roll
  • 3 x 12 GHD Sit ups
  • WOD – For Time (Men – 95 / Women – 65 – Scale Accordingly)
    • 25 Deadlifts
    • 25 Hang Power Clean
    • 25 Front Squat
    • 25 Push Press
    • 25 Pull ups

NOTE – Each athlete must do four burpees at the beginning of every minute before moving on to the barbell work. The athlete is allowed to move to the next barbell skill once an he/she has completed all 25 reps. If the minute clock beeps during a repetition the athlete will complete their rep and then start their four burpees.
