  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm up
  • Front Squat – 5×5 – Warm up with 3 sets and then perform 5 sets of 5 reps each @ challenging weights.
  • Row – 5 Rounds for total calories – 30 seconds work / 1 minute rest
  • 3×20 GHD Sit ups
  • Stretch
