Schedule – 9am CrossFit WOD
- Foam Roll / Mobility Warm up
- Jog around the building once – 10 Push up / 10 Pull ups / 10 Air Squats / 10 Sit ups
- WOD – 5 Rounds for time
- Run around building Twice (approx 540m)
- 15 Wall Balls (20/14)
- 15 Box Jumps (24/20)
- 1 min Plank Hold / 1 min Right Side Plank / 1 Left min Side Plank
- Stretch
