TODAY WE ONLY HAVE A 9AM GROUP CROSSFIT WOD.  THERE ARE NO OTHER CLASSES TODAY.

Schedule – 9am CrossFit WOD

  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm up
  • Jog around the building once – 10 Push up / 10 Pull ups / 10 Air Squats / 10 Sit ups
  • WOD – 5 Rounds for time
    • Run around building Twice (approx 540m)
    • 15 Wall Balls (20/14)
    • 15 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 1 min Plank Hold / 1 min Right Side Plank / 1 Left min Side Plank
  • Stretch
