Fundamentals – We are meeting tonight @ 6pm for our last class.  We will be retesting the baseline test.

Schedule –

  • Foam Roll/Mobility Warm up
  • Deadlift – 5×5 – Warm up with 15-20 reps of light weight.  Begin your first work set at a challenging yet comfortable weight.  Continue to add weight, challenging yourself on each set.
  • Run – 5 x 200m sprint – Rest 1 min
  • 3 x 20 Hip Extensions
  • Stretch
