Schedule –
- Foam Roll/Mobility Warm up
- Deadlift – 5×5 – Warm up with 15-20 reps of light weight. Begin your first work set at a challenging yet comfortable weight. Continue to add weight, challenging yourself on each set.
- Run – 5 x 200m sprint – Rest 1 min
- 3 x 20 Hip Extensions
- Stretch
