Schedule –

  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm up
  • Deadlift – 10-8-6-4-2 – Make sure to warm up with 3-4 sets of 3-5 reps, increasing the weight each time.  Your first work set should be at a challenging weight.
  • Sprints – 5 Rounds w/ 1 minute rest
    • Max Push ups
    • Max Pull ups
  • Finisher – Tabata V-Ups
  • Stretch
