  • Foam Roll / Warm up
  • Row Sprints – 5 Rounds for total calories
    • Row 1 minute / Rest 4 minutes
    • Row 1 minute / Rest 3 minutes
    • Row 1 minute / Rest 2 minutes
    • Row 1 minute / Rest 1 minute
    • Row 1 minute
  • 50 Burpees for time
  • Stretch
