  • Mobility Warm up – Foam Roll
  • Work on Double Unders – 5 minutes
  • WOD – 10 rounds for time
    • 10 V-Ups
    • 10 Supermans
    • 1 rope climb (15ft target) – Scaleable
  • 3 x 15 Knees to Elbows
  • Stretch

  1. I like the 100 Push Up Challenge. I was already thinking about improving my push up numbers as one of my next goals. This will fit in nicely.
