Fundamentals – We meet today at 5am and 6pm. We will be going over the deadlift and clean. Sign up for the next round of Fundamentals, starting on Monday, April 5th.
Nutrition Challenge – We will be starting the nutrition challenge next Monday. If you are interested in signing up please notify me. You must weigh in this week.
