Schedule –

  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm up
  • WOD – With a continuously running clock, every 2nd minute for 24 minutes complete the following as fast as possible
    • 150m row
    • 7 kettlebell swings
    • 7 v-ups
  • 2 sets of Max Effort Push ups – rest 90 seconds between attempts
    • Stretch

    1. Its amazing how boring a us attorney can make 4th amendment law! Yes, as I sit here, pretending to pay attention, I’m trying to figure out how to get todays wod done given the placement of the equipment down here! hope everyone is having fun up there!

      1. Glad to hear you are still checking out the website. Swing a heavy kettlebell and make sure you sprint on the rower. It makes all the difference.

        1. Absolutely! I altered the wod for today though. The layout of the equipment makes wod’s like today a little tough unfortunately. Soooo, I had to mix it up it a little. Hopefully I can follow tomorrows more strictly.
