It is the end of the second week of the Nutrition Challenge.  How is everyone doing?  Are you still hungry or tired?  Is anyone feeling more energetic, less hungry, noticing differences?  Post your thoughts to the comments.  We have 4 weeks left until we retest our benchmark workout and weigh in.  Watching out for the weekend, cheat meals can be a slippery slope.
