  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm up
  • Burgener Warm up – Down & Up
  • Front Squat – 5×5 – Warm up with 10-15 reps of light weight.  Make sure each of your five work sets are challenging.
  • Row – 4 x 250m with one minute rest between attempts.  Max Effort.
