Schedule –
- Foam Roll / Mobility Warm up
- Burgener Warm up – Down & Up
- Front Squat – 5×5 – Warm up with 10-15 reps of light weight. Β Make sure each of your five work sets are challenging.
- Row – 4 x 250m with one minute rest between attempts. Β Max Effort.
- 3 x 15 Knees to Elbows
- Stretch

Tough Mudder participants,
Transportation to & from the race has been arranged. We have about 24-25 confirmed for the bus. Right now we have a 35 person party bus booked & the cost is $1500. If we don’t have anymore people sign up for the bus, we can swtich to a smaller bus (assuming one is still available) to save everyone a few bucks. Once we have a final count we will figure that out as well as the exact cost per person.
Not many other details to relay right now except it will be picking us up at 7am at the gym the day of the race.
