- Burgener Warm up – Down & Up / Elbows High & Outside / Muscle Snatch
- Push Press – 3-3-3-3-3
- WOD – 21-15-9 reps of each of the following for time

Congrats to Sara and Brian. Although I think Brian’s accomplishment is more noteworthy since I would guess that more people complete grad school than can do a muscle up. No offense Sara.
