Schedule –

  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm up
  • Burgener Warm up – Down & Up / Elbows High & Outside / Muscle Snatch
  • WOD – “Pushing Up Daisies”  – In teams of 3, complete a 20 min AMRAP of
    • Deadlift (135/95)
    • Push Ups
    • Farmer’s Carry (100+/50+)
  • RULES – Teammate one begins deadlifting.  Teammate 2 starts at the same time doing push ups.  Teammate 3 farmer’s walks 200m.  When teammate 3 returns, each member rotates one station.  Continue for 15 minutes.  The team with the most amount of reps wins.
