NUTRITION CHALLENGE – The nutrition challenge will end on Monday, May 17.  Everyone must be weighed in by the end of Monday.  If you can’t make it Monday, then you must weigh in by the end of this week.  The benchmark WOD will be held on Monday, May 17.  I will not be here this upcoming Friday or Saturday, so please see me on Thursday or next Monday.

MUSIC – I realize that the music selection is limited at the gym.  If it bothers you, just think how it feels to listen to it 6 classes per day.  Anyway, if anyone has an ipod they want to bring in, please feel free to do so.  Also, if anyone has a list of songs or even just a few suggestions, send them through to me and I’ll download those songs.  I have about 100 songs on the playlist right now, and I’d like to get the playlist to at least 300.  Thanks.
