05/21/10 – Rope Climbs are back!

New Fundamentals – Tentative Schedule is as follows: Tue/Thurs @ 6:45pm and Saturday @ 8:30am. If you are interested or have any conflicts please email me @ [email protected].  We are planning on starting Tuesday, May 26 @ 6:45pm. The class will run for 3 weeks concluding on Saturday, June 12. The first Saturday is Memorial Day Weekend, so depending on demand, we may skip this day.  If we need to add a day at the end, we will.  Please make sure to email me indicating your commitment!  Thank you!

Schedule –

  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm Up
  • Additional Warm Up – Jog around building / 10 Push Ups / 10 Pull Ups (kipping) / 10 Sit Ups
  • WOD – Complete the following for time
    • Run 300m
    • 3 – 15ft Rope Ascents (sub rope climb from laying on ground to standing up ( 3 to 1 sub))
    • 21 Right Arm DB Snatches (35-45/ 15-25)
    • 21 Left Arm DB Snatches
    • Run 300m
    • 2 – 15 ft Rope Ascents
    • 15 Right Arm DB Snatches
    • 15 Left Arm DB Snatches
    • Run 300m
    • 1 – 15ft Rope Ascent
    • 9 Right Arm DB Snatches
    • 9 Left Arm DB Snatches
    • Run 300m
  • Friday Finisher – 30 Med Ball Cleans for time
  • Stretch

  2. That workout looks awesome. I wish I could make it in to do. The tough mudder looked like a ton of fun. Just out of curiosity. Was it a team event or individual? what type of obstacles were there? When is it again? Are the similar events anytime soon? I hopefully will be able to make it in tomorrow morning. Hope to see yall there.

    1. Josh my boy. The Tough Mudder was a blast. It was pretty tough, no Murph or Eva, but pretty tough. It was an individual event, but you could create teams so we had a CF 908 team. The next Tough Mudder is in Englishtown, NJ in November. It is going to be 12 miles with a lot more water and mud. There is also a MUD RUN on June 12th in Philly, but we haven’t decided to do that.
