GOALS – I know Monday is the last day of the month and most of you won’t be at the gym (neither will I), so I have extended the deadline for reaching goals to Wednesday, June 2nd. Please make sure you attempt your goal by that date and mark it off on the whiteboard if accomplished.

- Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm Up
- WOD – With a partner, using 2 kettlebells or 2 dumbbells, complete the following for time
- 200 Hang Squat Clean Thrusters – Yep, that’s right, Hang Squat Clean Thrusters
- While one partner does HSCT’s, the other does V-Up’s. Fastest team to finish wins. Suggested weights for men are 25-40# and for women are 10-25#. If all the dumbbells are taken, use kettlebells. If there are an odd amount of people, complete in a team of 3 or if someone wants to go alone that is fine. Teammates should use the same weight, but if necessary use two sets if they are available.
