Hit 4 parades heading over there this morning! Lots of festivities, sorry I couldn’t make it I was already 20 min late when I hit the last one on springfield so I turned around and did the workout at the cranford pool and subbed out the rows for 100 meter swims. I’ll see you guys tommorrow.
