  • WOD – For time complete the following in order
    • 50 Box Jumps, 24″
    • 50 Jumping Pull Ups
    • 50 Kettlebell Swings, 1 pood
    • 50 Walking Lunges
    • 50 Knees to Elbows
    • 50 Push Press, 45#
    • 50 Back Extensions
    • 50 Wall Balls, 20#
    • 50 Burpees
    • 50 Double Unders

  1. I actually hate this workout the most, but I’m really bummed I won’t be able to do it! I need a good kick in the butt after last weekend!

    Also, I just wanted to give a public thank you to Vincent for helping me get a job! Another reason why Crossfit is awesome – meeting awesome people!!!

  3. I think after the last WOD of the day, everyone was so smoked that they forgot to write down their times… so we had to stumble back to retrieve our books to record or times. Good times!
