Schedule –

  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up/ Burgener Warm Up
  • Double Under Practice (5 minutes)
  • WOD – 3 Rounds for Time
    • 50 Double Unders
    • 40 Air Squats
    • 30 Wall Balls
    • 20 Burpees
    • 10 Hand Stand Push Ups
  • 3 x 15 Knees to Elbows – (Unbroken if possible)
  • Stretch
