06/08/10 – Have you been practicing your Double Unders?

CF 908 Night Out – Thursday, June 10 @ 8:00pm at the Tavern in Scotch Plains.  Come celebrate Erin’s birthday!

Goals – Make sure you write down your June goal.  Make it something small that you can work on every time you are in the gym.

Schedule –

  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up/ Burgener Warm Up
  • Double Under Practice (5 minutes)
  • WOD – 3 Rounds for Time
    • 50 Double Unders
    • 40 Air Squats
    • 30 Wall Balls
    • 20 Burpees
    • 10 Hand Stand Push Ups
  • 3 x 15 Knees to Elbows – (Unbroken if possible)
  • Stretch

  1. 🙂 No real change unfortunately, but I do have a green light from the dr. to workout. Just have to monitor it and if it gets worse, I’ll have to sideline myself again. It feels good to be back again though! 2 weeks off is too long 🙂

      1. Placed an order on Tuesday and just got it today. The raw, organic goat’s milk tastes amazing, and the grass-fed beef was fantastic. I placed a cooler filled with ice on our front porch with $25 in it, and they placed all the items I purchased in the cooler and took the money. Worked flawlessly.
