Schedule –

  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm up
  • Run 1 x around building / 10 wall balls / 10 box jumps / 5 burpees
  • WOD – In teams of three complete 5 rounds for time of
    • 10 Burpees
    • 15 Wall Balls
    • 20 Box Jumps
      • NOTE – Each member works at one station.  The team can not rotate until each member has completed the required reps at each station.
    • After the 5 rounds are complete, the team must run 5x around the building.  The team must cross the finish line together.
