Schedule –
- Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm up
- Run 1 x around building / 10 wall balls / 10 box jumps / 5 burpees
- WOD – In teams of three complete 5 rounds for time of
- 10 Burpees
- 15 Wall Balls
- 20 Box Jumps
- NOTE – Each member works at one station. The team can not rotate until each member has completed the required reps at each station.
- After the 5 rounds are complete, the team must run 5x around the building. The team must cross the finish line together.
