Schedule –

  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm Up
  • Deadlift – 3-3-3-3-3 – Start at 70% of your 1RM and work towards 90%.  Form is paramount.  If your form starts to break down, the weight is too heavy.
  • Conditioning – 10 min AMRAP
    • 7 Push Ups
    • 11 Wall Balls
    • 15 Double Unders (Sub 15 box jumps)
  • 3 x 15 GHD Hip Extensions
