Schedule –

  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm Up
  • Work on a goal OR Work on pull ups – 10 minutes
  • WOD – 3 rounds of the “baseline” with 2 minutes rest in between each round.  If you remember, this workout is the benchmark workout from the Fundamentals class.

    • 40 Air Squats
    • 30 Sit Ups
    • 20 Push Ups
    • 10 Pull Ups
