I apologize for the late post today.  The power was out last night so I was unable to put up some suggestions for workouts.  Here they are…

1.) Run 5k

2.) Run 4 x 400m with a 2 minute rest between each effort.  Run @ 90%+ max effort.

3.) 10 rounds for time

  • 10 Push Ups
  • 10 Air Squats
  • 10 Sit Ups

4.) Run 1 mile stopping every minute to complete 10 Air Squats

5.) 100 Burpees for time – Rest 5 min – 100 Air Squats for time

6.) Tabata – 8 rounds of 20 sec on / 10 sec off of each of the following

  • Burpees
  • Lunges
  • Squat Thrusts
  • Push Ups
