Schedule –
- Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm Up
- Strength – Front Squat – 3-3-3-2-2-2 – Start @ 75% of your 1RM and work towards 90%+
- Conditioning – Complete as many rounds in 15 minutes of the following
- Run 300m
- 15 Pull Ups
- 15 Push Ups
- 3 x 20 GHD Sit Ups
- Stretch
