  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm Up
  • WOD – 15 rounds of “Cindy” for time
    • 5 Pull Ups
    • 10 Push Ups
    • 15 Air Squats
  • Finisher – 2  x 300m Row – Max Effort – 2 minutes rest between efforts
  • Stretch

  1. Hey everyone. Does anyone know of a good park in the area to do workouts like this, with pullups. I’ve been to a lot of parks but haven’t found one yet that has bars that can be used for pullups.
    I’m in Scotch Plains so anything in that area works.

    1. The park next to the new providence comm pool (on springfield close to the gym) has one of those courses with pull up bars, parallel bars, and I think even some metal rings. Plus a turf field with a running track around it.

      But, you know, it being like 95 degrees outside, I think I’ll do this one indoors…

  2. There’s a short trail behind the Mountainside Police Department at the intersection of Rt 22 and New Providence. It runs from New Providence to Mountain Ave and has some workout stations. I’m pretty sure one of them has a pull-up bar. If you look on Google maps you can see the beginning of the trail just south of the parking lot.

  3. monkey bars at a childrens park is always fun for this wod, plus all the parents look at you funny. Its even better if you have your kid with you.
