Schedule –

  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm Up
  • Clean & Jerk Practice – 15 minutes – Focus on technique of the squat clean.  Make sure your split jerk form is correct.
  • WOD – 10 rounds each for time – Sprint (Run) 100m – Rest 1 minute
  • Finisher – Max Burpees in 2 minutes
  • Stretch
