- Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm Up
- WOD Warm Up – 2 x 10 KB Swings (light weight) / Push Ups / V-Ups
- WOD – Β 4 rounds for time
- Run 300m (1x around building)
- 20 Air Squats
- 15 KB Swings
- 10 Pull Ups
- 5 Burpees
- Stretch
Tim, does the MDA article mean that there is a Crossfit908 primal challenge coming in September? I’m definitely in if so, and Sara told me that she really wants to do one too.
