Schedule –

  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm Up
  • WOD Warm Up – 2 x 10 KB Swings (light weight) / Push Ups / V-Ups
  • WOD –  4 rounds for time
    • Run 300m (1x around building)
    • 20 Air Squats
    • 15 KB Swings
    • 10 Pull Ups
    • 5 Burpees
  • Stretch
