Schedule –
- Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm Up
- Front Squat – 5-5-5
- WOD – 30-20-10 reps of each for time
- Push Press – Use kettlebells, dumbbells or a barbell
- Kettlebell Swings
- Wall Balls
- Stretch – No, seriously spend the last 5-10 minutes stretching out some tight areas.
