  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm Up
  • Strength – Push Press – 3-3-3-3-3  – 2-3 sets of warm up.  Start your working sets @ 70% of your !RM and try to go for a PR!
  • Conditioning – 20 min AMRAP! Complete as many reps and rounds as possible of
    • 20 Air Squats
    • 15 Kettlebell Swings
    • 10 Knees To Elbows
    • 5 HSPU’s
  • 3 x 20 GHD Sit Ups
  • Stretch
