We only have two classes today, 6am and 9:30am. We will be closed tomorrow, Saturday 09/18, because someone we know is getting married.
I just want to let you all know that the daily web posts over the next few weeks are likely to be shorter or have less content. I will try my best to upload photos and links, but I think it will be tough with the wedding/honeymoon. I hope you all understand that I would not mind being off the grid for a bit. Enjoy the workouts, and I’ll see everyone when I get back.
