09/28/10 – Tuesday Deads

Sorry for the mix up with the posts.  All posts going forward should be correct.  I added some links and a pic to make up for my boring posts.

Schedule –

  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm Up
  • Strength – Deadlift Clusters (slack must be let out of the arms at bottom) 5×5 @ 70-75% of 1RM
  • WOD l- 15 min AMRAP of
    • Run 300m
    • 15 Kettlebell Swings
    • 15 Push Ups
  • 3 x 20 GHD Hip Extension
  • Stretch

    1. So clearly Pat made up for my mistakes by having you all do deadlifts. Good man. Just switch yesterday and today or I’m sure Pat has something else planned. The rest of the week should work out well.
