Good advice from CrossFit One World – Check Your Ego at the Door – Read the piece entitled “Evolution.”  Freddy Camacho, owner and trainer at CrossFit One World, talks about scaling and how doing workouts as prescribed is not for everyone.  It’s a good read, and it points to the fact that egos, including mine, get in the way of smart programming and doing what is best for yourself.

  • WOD – For Time complete the following reps for each of the following exercises
    • 21-18-15-12-9-6-3
      • Pull Ups
      • Box Jumps
      • V-Ups
  • 3 x 20 GHD Hip Extensions
  • Stretch
