Schedule – In honor of CrossFit 908’s 1yr birthday we will be doing the workout that we did on the opening day with a little modification.
- Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm Up
- Complete the following for time – Remember suggested weights are supposed to be challenging for the “elite athlete.”
- 25 Burpees
- 21 Deadlifts (225/155)
- 21 Hand Stand Push Ups
- 21 Power Cleans (135/95)
- 21 Ring Dips
- 21 Thrusters (95/55)
- 21 Pull Ups
- 25 Burpees
- Finisher – Row 4 x 1min with 1 min rest (alternate with a partner)
- Stretch – Mobility WOD (Low Back & Hammies)
we didnt do burpees. but i dig it yo!

Congrats on the one year anniversary of CF 908 (and also with the wedding too since I haven’t said that yet). I remember this WOD from last year (with the farmers walks). Looks like things are really great down there and hopefully I’ll get some time to come visit
