  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm Up
  • WOD – Complete each of the following for time
    • 21-15-9 reps of Push Press (Heavy) / Ring Row / Overhead Walking Lunge
    • Rest 3 minutes
    • 21-15-9 reps of Push Ups (Hand Release at bottom) / Box Jumps / V-Ups
    • Rest 3 minutes
    • Row 1k
  • 3 x 20 GHD Sit Ups
  • Mobility WOD – Hammies and Hips
