Schedule –

  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm Up
  • Deadlift – 5×5 – Weight stays the same across all five sets.  Work @ 70-80% of your 1RM.
  • WOD – For Time complete the following reps
  • 21-18-15-12-9-6-3
    • Kettlebell Swing (53/35)
    • Wall Ball (20/14)
  • Stretch – Hamstrings / Calves / Quads
