Schedule –

  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm Up
  • WOD – With or W/Out a Partner complete the following for times
    • 10 Rounds for time
      • 15 Prisoner Squats
      • 15 Box Jumps
      • 200m run
    • Note: If done with a partner, alternate turns each completing ten rounds.  The partner that rests must complete 10 push ups while resting.
  • Group Stretch – Quads / Hamstrings
