- Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm Up
- WOD – With or W/Out a Partner complete the following for times
- 10 Rounds for time
- 15 Prisoner Squats
- 15 Box Jumps
- 200m run
- Note: If done with a partner, alternate turns each completing ten rounds. The partner that rests must complete 10 push ups while resting.

i think it’s when you do squats while your partner/other prisoner is on your shoulders….haven’t you ever seen Lockup on msnbc.
