Schedule –

  • Foam Roll / Jog 300m / Mobility WOD – Plan Ahead – (Internal Rotation / Lacrosse Ball Glutes / PSoas Stretch /Lying Hamstring / Quad Stretch)
  • Goal Work – 10 minutes
  • WOD – 4 Rounds each for time with a 2 minute rest in between efforts
    • 300m Row (Sprint)
    • 300m Run (Sprint)
  • Planks – 2 minute each side
  • Stretch
