REMINDER – Monday starts the Nutrition Challenge.  Go Shopping and get your food logs ready!  Email me any questions you have.  There is a handout at the gym showing which foods to eat and which to avoid courtesy of Matt S.  You can pick one up the next time you are in the gym.  Make sure you are weighed in and take a before picture.  Also, the benchmark workout will be this Monday, November 1.  If you can’t make it, you are allowed to make it up anytime through Wednesday.
