Schedule –

  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up /  Mobility WOD – Partner Shoulder Stretch
  • Push Press – 3-3-3-3-3 (Add 5lbs from last time)
  • WOD – Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of
    • 10 Kettlebell Swings (53/35#)
    • 10 Weighted Step Ups (53/35# to 20/18″ boxes)
    • 5 Burpees
  • 3 x 20 GHD Hip Extensions
  • Stretch
